"From Where I Sit" is my podcast and column on Medium where I showcase some of my writing and play around with my ideas in public. The title is a quote from an elder; anytime she shared a well-considered point-of-view that she felt might be controversial, she would preface it by saying, "Well, from where I sit...." The phrase stuck with me. It reminds the listener that what they will hear is a well-considered perspective, of which there are likely many. But this one is mine.
